When Rome SDS approached Noct Bureau to design a series of boots and bindings, it had been three years since our last project together and we were eager to get back in the design ring with one of our favorite crews.
Designing alongside Rome’s boot and binding developers allowed us both new creative insights and elevated development goals. The goal was to produced a line harmonious with Rome’s ethos as well as their color forecast for the year.
Driven by Rome’s brand personality resulted in a threefold inspiration study: part heritage Redwing, part British cafe racer, and all Rome SDS.
